Method 1: Fix touch keyboard pop-up at login in Windows 10
The second and permanent solution is to remove the Windows Mixed Reality from the system, it is one of the best features introduced with Windows 10 Fall Creators Update but due to some reasons, it appears to be creating login problems for some users. The first one is a temporary solution where you will need to kill keyboard and input process in Task Manager, however, the bug might appear once again when you’ll reboot your PC or open the touch keyboard manually.
